Welcome to the 2017-18 - U14 and younger registration!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. During this registration process, You will be required to download a small colored photo of your player, and a copy of their birth certificate. This is necessary to process a player pass for your child. In addition, to complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will be directed to make your on line payment.
THIS FORM ALLOWS YOU TO SIGN-UP FOR MULTIPLE OR SINGLE SESSIONS. YOU MUST DECLARE ALL THE SESSIONS YOU WILL PLAY IN FOR THE REMAINING SEASON, DURING THIS REGISTRATION. LATE REGISTRATION FEE IS $10. CHECK THE APPROPRIATE BOX UNDER EACH OF THE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER(S). YOUR TOTAL BILL FOR THE YEAR WILL BE CALCULATED. YOU THEN CAN SUBSCRIBE TO A PAYMENT PLAN. PLEASE REVEW THE NEW PAYMENT POLICY IN THE DOCUMENT BELOW.
Cleveland Whitecaps Premier Soccer Club is a year round competitive soccer instruction program for boys and girls. When we accept your child we will offer you a spot in our program for a one-year term. However, teams are evaluated on a session-to-session basis, and coaches have the ability to transfer players between rosters where and when deemed necessary and if possible. Accepting an offer to play for our club indicates an agreement to pay the club according to the terms and policies below. Fees cover Professional team building and training, optional footskills and goalie training, league entry and game fees, facility fees, US soccer membership, and administrative fees. Registration need take place only once per year. During registration each family will indicate the sessions for which they are registering. It is acceptable to skip a session, however, players that skip a session and do not indicate so in advance will be subject to a tryout when returning and a $10 tryout fee. To avoid a tryout and tryout fee during the season, be certain to register for the sessions in which you will participate.
There are four sessions for players U14 and younger: Fall, Indoor one, Indoor two and Spring, and Three sessions for players U15 and older: Indoor one, Indoor Two, and Spring. The payment schedule each session is
listed in the Tuition schedule Chart.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Players that are on teams that participate in regional leagues in the Fall and Spring will have additional session fees in the Fall and or Spring which will be billed seperately.
